    Blue Lagoon

After the Nam Xay climb we got back in our tuk-tuk and we went to a very small village with a famous cave and lagoon. Me, mum and Sylvie walked up some steep steps to a cave called Tham Phu Kham. The cave was dark and drippy and there were stalactites and stalagmites. Inside the cave there was a Buddha because it is a sacred cave.

We went back down the steps and then we got our  swimming costumes on and went swimming in the “blue lagoon” ( although it was actually a brown lagoon 😂). There was a platform where you could jump into the water which was 5 meters above the lagoon. We kept jumping in and everybody there would clap when we did, but they mainly clapped for Sylvie because she was scared to do it and for me because I’m young so yay 🥳.

I really liked this day 🙂
